Join us for an exciting weekend of competitive fun, team spirit, and community vibes in Seaside, CA! Whether youβre playing for the win or just for the thrill, this tournament is all about bringing people together through the love of soccer. π
Weβre promoting friendly competition with prizes and rewards, while also laying the foundation for something bigger β supporting local youth programs, promoting wellness, and building a long-term movement in the community. Letβs kick off a future of sport, passion, and purpose β one game at a time! π

June 14th: Youth Tournament (Ages 14β17)
June 15th: Adult Tournament (Co-Ed: Men & Women)
π’ Tournament Format
Teams: 8 total teams per day
Roster Size: Max 8 players per team (4 on field, 3 subs)
Structure: 2 Brackets (A & B), each with 4 teams (A1βA4 and B1βB4)
Group Stage: Each team plays 3 matches within their bracket
Top 2 teams from each bracket advance to semifinals
Winners of semifinals meet in the final match
Scoring System:
Win: 3 points
Draw: 1 point
Loss: 0 points
π Match Duration
Adults (June 15):
24-minute matches: 12-minute halves, 1-minute halftime
Youth (June 14):
20-minute matches: 10-minute halves, 1-minute halftime
Transition Time Between Matches:Β 5 minutes
Lunch Break: 1 hour after Game 6 (approx. 12:30β1:30 PM)

β½ 4v4 Playing Rules
π― Goal Scoring
A goal may be scored from anywhere on the field.
Restart from midfield after a goal is scored.
π Restarts
All restarts (including kickoffs) are indirect, except penalty kicks, which are direct.
π¦ Kickoff
Indirect from midfield. May be taken in any direction.
π Three-Yard Rule
Defenders must stand at least 3 yards from the ball during restarts.
If within 3 yards of the goal arc, the ball is moved 3 yards out from the arc.
π« No Throw-ins
π Substitutions
Unlimited substitutions with referee permission during stoppages.
Bleeding players must exit and re-enter only after treatment.
π Team Roster & Eligibility
Teams must submit roster and player passes at check-in.
Guest players can be handwritten.
Use of ineligible players results in forfeits and potential disqualification.
π₯ Scoring & Standings
Each team plays at least 3 matches.
Points: Win = 3, Tie = 1, Loss = 0
π§€ Tiebreaker Rules (Semifinals & Finals)
If tied after regulation time:
Golden Goal Extra Time: 2 minutes
If still tied:
Penalty Shootout: 3 penalty kicks per team
If tied after 3: Golden Save Sudden Death
Teams alternate 1 kick each until one scores and the other misses.
β½ Penalty Shootout Format:
In the event of a tie, penalties are taken 1v1 style. The player starts with the ball from midfield and dribbles toward the goalkeeper. The attempt must be completed in one continuous motion. Once the goalkeeper makes contact with the ball, the play is considered over β no rebounds or second attempts are allowed.

Referee decisions are final. No protests allowed.
